I'm Jeremy Lu, based in San Francisco. I lead the software behind Tesla's factories: manufacturing execution, engineering test systems and supply chain tools.

What holds my attention now is how software gets built with agents in the loop: how work is sequenced, how context is engineered, and what an architecture looks like when the model is part of the system. My writing here is where I work that out.

    OpenText · Software Engineer Lead

    Led TeamSite platform development, upgraded CC-Pro from ExtJS to Angular, designed SPA project import features.

  3. 2015 – 2017

    HP · Front-end Lead Developer

    Lead developer for TeamSite releases v8.0 to v16.0, designed the Experience Studio extensions module with Node.js.

    Tango · Senior Software Engineer

    Built a web-based instant chat client on WebSocket and shipped it to production in two months.

    Microsoft · Senior Development Engineer

    Built FriendsPhotos and the Bing Social Platform. Second place at the Microsoft Bing Hackathon.

  6. 2007 – 2011

    Cisco Systems · Frontend Software Engineer III

    Major contributor and product owner for the VSOM video surveillance platform, leading a team of five to six engineers.

  7. 2006 – 2007

    Broadware Technologies · Fullstack Software Engineer

    One of two engineers who rebuilt the BAS video security surveillance system from scratch.
